Heater does not ignite--R/R fan and motor? System is more than 25 years old so may need new heating & air conditioning system. City of Pasadena has rebate for split system central air conditioner with SEER rating at least 15.0 if purchased in Pasadena--does your product qualify for rebate?

Heater isn't turning on from the thermostat. The pilot is on and there is a "click", but it doesn't ignite.
